- How can I check the status of an order or reorder previous jobs?
- Start by clicking the 'My Account' tab from the top-level navigation options. From here, select "Order History". This will display a list of your previous orders along with their status. To reorder, click the 'Order #' link for the appropriate order and then click 'Reorder'. You can also search by the name on the print item using the 'Advanced Search' tools.
- What happened to all my previous orders from the old system?!
- Previous orders could not be migrated. However, if you need to refer to an order you placed on our previous system, please contact us and we can help you out. A previous Job Number (5 digits) or Order Number ("ORD####") will be very helpful in looking up your previous order.
- I've made a mistake on my order, what should I do?
- Call or email us as soon as you can. We will cancel the order and ask you to place a new order with corrections.
- How do I cancel an order?

- Why do I need to enter a billing Alias and FAID for each order?
- In order to accommodate everyone's needs, an Alias & FAID need to be entered at the product level. The portal will remember the last Alias & FAID you entered and prepopulate these fields for convenience. Your Alias and FAID will not be charged unless you select 'Alias & FAID' as your payment method at checkout.
- What happens if my browser times out?
- Don't panic! All of your order information is saved each time you move from one page to the next. If your browser times out when moving between steps, try clicking the 'Back' button on your browser and try again. If for some reason you are logged out of the system, your orders will be saved in the 'Drafts' queue, accessed by clicking the 'Drafts' link in the top-right area of the page.
- When can I expect my order to be delivered?
- Depending on the delivery method you select, orders will be printed and delivered within one week at the most. Business and appointment cards are printed every Friday and deliver to the appropriate Dock or Clinic the same day.
- I was interrupted while customizing an order ... can I resume where I left off?
- Yes! The 'Drafts' link near the top right corner of the page will display your last 3 uncompleted orders. You can resume the order from here.
- How do I order business reply envelopes?
- Email us your artwork and specifications we are happy to help. If you don�t have artwork already from USPS, we will supply you the documentation you will need.
